Built around a practical question

A 65-inch label tells you one measurement. It does not tell you how wide the screen is, whether the feet will fit on your cabinet, or how large it will feel across the room. Our tools help you work through those questions before choosing a TV.

Numbers you can follow

Screen dimensions come from 16:9 geometry. Viewing angles come from screen width and distance. You can see the assumptions and formulas on our methodology page, and compare measurements in inches or centimeters.

A clear boundary

We do not physically measure the TVs shown in the calculator. The showroom uses an illustrative room and a generic screen. Our calculated dimensions do not include a particular model’s bezel, stand, weight, or installation requirements. Confirm those details with the manufacturer before you buy or install.
