For a measurement correction

• The page address and the measurement you believe is incorrect.
• The selected diagonal, viewing distance, and unit.
• Your expected result and how you calculated it.
• For model-specific details, the exact model number and a manufacturer specification or manual link.

Our methodology explains the calculations. A manufacturer’s body dimension can correctly differ from our screen-only dimension because it includes the bezel, stand, or a slightly different visible diagonal.

For a problem with a tool

Record the page, device, browser, and the steps that led to the problem. Include the setting you changed and what happened next. A screenshot can help, but remove personal information before sharing it.
